I love these threads and always find new ideas to try.
There are several things I'd like to mention. One of the first is prayer and a quiet time. It slows me down to a good, relaxing pace. Pets are another positive, as are gentle stretches and mild exercising.

Also a fan of ginger tea, rysbar123! I started drinking it after being diagnosed with gastritis in 2011, and it's so tasty I'm still drinking it.
Glad you are thinking 'outside the box.' I think many of us are tired of meds and want more natural relief, if possible.
