Getting a little exercise often helps with constipation also..but its good they are checking that issue out.
Its been a long time since i had the tender points tested, but i am sure most are still tender..
Its hard at times to be patient and wait for answers, but you are on your way.
For me personally, i get about 50 per cent help from my docs and the other 50 from self help measures, ie: exercise, heat, topical pain relievers , supplements, etc...
Let us know how you do with cymbalta..have not tried that.
Thank you for your comments! I will probably try more conservative measures, such as exercise, diet, vitamins, massage, heat pads, etc. I looked up the side effects of Cymbalta and I don't want to take it now. I will talk to my GI doctor about
it, but I'd like to find a different way to manage my symptoms!
