Our temps are going from 88 during the day to mid 50' s at night..

Anyone else flaring with this? I seem to be..

Used the acupressure pad and micro current unit tonight

Yeah, I'm flaring up big time.

I've been playing phone tag for two days with my rheumatologist's nurse. She called the house and my father wouldn't wake me up. Then my cell 3 times, but I didn't hear it ring! Such fun.....

We have the same fluctuations! I am not flaring though, because humidity is far more of a factor for me than is temperature. It is bone-dry, and crisper as the air moves down from the Appalachians.

I hope you feel better soon, LJ! And Joy,let's hope you manage to get a hold of the rheumie. Tag--no fun.

Sorry to hear you are flaring too joy.

My mom had RA and fibro together also. Its a tough combo, sure hope they can get you calmed....

To add to the flare...ha .. We split our iris bulbs today, and cut the plants back to a foot..it was really too hot for that!!

So i am sure tomorrow will be.. Ummm .. Interesting? I did stretch after.

Myself o9 , interesting the fluctuations in temps do not impact you that way..my nerves seem to feel every change. I am hypersensitive in so many ways.

It was sunny and dry today, hence working on the gardens...
