Is Pristiq or lyrica better,confused and would like to know from fellow Fibro friends..

I've never tried either. I use gabapentin. It seems to do okay for me.

I used Gabapentin in past ,was good but nothing close to great for pain...but it did help.
Now from next week I am going on Pristiq ,hope it helps with pain and depression.
I have tried several medications and now tired of trying...

Best wishes with the pristiq. Remember it takes awhile to get in your system so try to give is six to eight weeks. The lyrica (from what I understand) is like the gabapentin. I had no luck with the gabapentin either.

I will start it soon.Lyrica and Pristiq both are same kind a doc told me .
For me it's makes difference ....in my flares so I will stick with Pristiq for a year .
