As I'd mentioned in another post, I've been having issues with water behind my ears. I went to the doctor, who only said that an antihistamine "may" help, but otherwise, just give it time to clear up on its own.
Steaming has helped a lot. Then, I read that keeping your ear on a warm, moist pack can help. I thought of my "Bed Buddy," put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes, and gave it a try.
I took the "Bed Buddy" to bed with me last night (where else would you use something called a "Bed Buddy," huh??) and put it on my pillow.
It really seems to help! The only caution is that the "Bed Buddy" can heat up pretty fast, so you don't want your ear to get burnt! Wait til it's comfortably warm. I'm guessing it helps
open the Eustachian tube.
Just thought I'd share. My ears are as touchy as a little kid when the cool air hits. A hat is a must. Hopefully, yours are better than that!
