Fibro and CBD oil Where to find it?

I have fibro and im looking to try CBD oil. I'm in pa and need to know how i can get some. Anyone have any ideas (internet is obvious). Anyone know if i can get it legally? Has anyone used it and had good pain relief?

I thought about ordering from the internet then I read since its not regulated, I can't be sure what is in it and I don't want to do more harm. I don't know of any place in Pa to purchase.
