I perform twice a day prescribed stretches and exercises and go for short walks out in nature. I have to watch what I eat, I take nutritional supplements and watch what I eat. I also see a cranial facial massage therapist.
I am my own best detective in checking out what can make me feel worse and I try not to overdo. I also try to keep a positive attitude.
Thank you so much for responding. If you would please include which supplements you are using and how they are working and specifically what you mean by 'watch what I eat'... Have you eliminated certain foods or do you eat certain things specifically because they help?
Anything specific that helps you keep a positive attitude? I'm pretty sure that not overdoing is not going to work for me. I work full time and run a small organic farm as a second job... about
65 hours a week in the off season and 80+ in the busy seasons. My husband has picked up a lot of my farm chores but it really is a two person job and I need to feel better soon.
