Hi everyone , I just wanted to share a recent discovery for me that has been helping my nerve pain. Helichrysum oil . It's an essential oil that comes from a flower in the Mediterranean.
Anyways, at night my feet and ankles get the achy nerve pain. I was living in my tommie copper compression socks. Now I have been applying the oil to the top and bottom of my feet and it works. One day I tried it on my tailbone and it worked.
So maybe we can find some natural remedies. I still take my meds and since about
a year ago I'm doing alot better. I was bedridden most of the time.
What seems to be helping so far is : decreased stress, new meds(Gabapentin, apple cider vinegar, exercise with SI joint brace.
I'm also trying to change my diet to more green vegetables, fruits, and nuts, coconut. I take vitamin D, B12 and magnesium 1,000 mg.
It's been a hard road but I'm feeling better than I was. So if you are struggling , don't give up.

Thanks for the great ideas!
I've never heard of that oil either, but it sounds promising. I'm going to check it out.
Hope everyone is doing well today.

Oregano oil, kills pain almost immediately..but i do not use it and go out, as its so strong smelling...last night i was having sharp nerve pain in my rib area..i used it before bed..and went from an 8 pain to nothing in a couple minutes..
Still no nerve pain today..and i went downtown with my daughters for pedicures , and out to dinner with our guys..so it was a life saver for the weekend.l
I have not tried many other oils because i am so smell sensitive...
I need hypoallergenic oils! : )
