I found this online today. It pertains to endometriosis (which I also have), but it could describe the struggle of people with fibromyalgia or practically any chronic illness, especially those which are "invisible."

Bingo!!

It really "hits the nail on the head," doesn't it?

It's odd, isn't it, that with fibromyalgia being so common, one would think any medical professional would be more familiar with it. Unfortunately, we know that isn't always the case.

I'm sure thankful my own family doctor is sympathetic to all the weird twists and turns of fibro that I deal with, and he tries to find solutions for them. But we know many doctors are not like that at all.
