Could this be fibromyalgia?

I don't know if I have the typical symptoms of Fibromyalgia, but I was wondering if this is what I have been experiencing for years.

For starters, I have IBS, however with more significant symptoms than what you read about ibs. Mostly a constant bloating sensation with gas and burping, and a constant pain at varying degrees. I have had this for about ten years, and I think it has gotten worse over the years. One thing I have noticed is the connection between sleep and my digestive/abdominal issues. Back in the beginning, after a good sleep, I would almost feel normal. Over time, it's not quite the same, and I wake up with a significant amount of bloating and pain. That being said, sleep still plays a big role in my pain sensation. If I sleep only a little in the night, my abdominal pain will usually be significantly worse together with more depression. Longer and more relaxed sleep has a direct affect, and my abdominal issues will be significantly better than without good sleep. Sleep and relaxation is the single most important thing for my stomach.

Within my ibs, my main symptoms are pain, bloating and gas. No diarrhea. Occasionally constipation or leaning towards constipation, but lately, my bowel movements have been good thank G-d. The abdominal pain is not only connected to food and is there regardless of eating at varying degrees. Food obviously can make it worse or different. I also tend to get this pain at the bottom of both of my ribs, which has nothing to do with eating. It tends to get worse when i rush or am stressed.

On top of this there is a general sensation of lack of strength and the need for more sleep. I don't know if this is emotional, caused by my abdominal issues every day, or it's an actual symptom.

Additionally, recently, I went to the doctor and my b12 was a bit low. It was at 265. I think that may have been causing some extra fatigue. I started taking b12 under my tongue and that seems to have helped.

In the last few months I also developed crepitus without any pain. I don't know if that is an indication of anything.

Also, had a ct scan recently, and some of the lymph nodes were a little bit swollen. (I also had colonscopy/endoscopy and a bunch of blood tests to rule out other stuff.)

I don't have any joint or muscle pain and definitely not the type i read about fibromyalgia. There is a general sensation of pain in my entire abdominal area and sometimes particularly at the bottom of both ribs, but there isn't really pain in other parts of my body, thank G-d.

Could this be fibromyalgia? I am not even sure which type of doctor to visit for this? Is it a rheumatologist or neurologist? Could this be fibro or is just plain old ibs, although my symptoms seem to be worse than your typical ibs symptoms?

Fibromyalgia is a wide spread deep pain everywhere.

The finger thing makes me think of arthritis. Mine didn't hurt at first. I'm sero-negative psoriactic arthritis.

The gastric issues could be related or it could be a food intolerance.
Get your hands xrayed asap to rule out arthritis.

What finger thing? What of your didn't hurt at first and then it hurt?

As far as food intolerance, I have not been able to pinpoint any certain foods or type of foods. The only reason I thought of fibro, is because of the strong connection between my abdominal issues/pain and sleep. On top of that, recently my b12 was kind of low.
