The weather is changing here in Wisconsin. Achy all over. Can't make a decision. Can't get anything done. Back hurts. Chills. Don't want to go have coffee with a friend. Just has to run it's course. I've come to expect this cycle.

Also lots of stress. Thank God for Netflix.

I hate winter. I can't move to a warmer climate.

Sorry for you Barb. I feel the same way and I do live in a warm area. Southern California where it reaches 100+ all summer. 115 is normal. But today it's in the 60's and I can't get warm.

I am going to the Midwest for the month of Dec and wonder how I am going to do. I have been shopping for warm clothes and plan on taking my beloved heating pad.😏

Barb, I could have written your post! I live in your (general) area and these past few days have been horrible for my fibro. It's all hitting me.

Like Puppylover, I've taken out my heating pad. Also, the hot teas, bed buddies, muscle rub creams, warmer clothes to layer, etc. Now I'm listening to Christmas music on the radio. A good distraction!

I'd love a warmer climate, too. Hang in there! Hope the weekend is better.

Today the wind is atrocious and we had flurries😛

Two days ago , i was reading in the sun ,at 69 degrees..
