I was listening to a call-in radio show today about
fibromyalgia and other types of pain.
The doctor mentioned MIRE (monochromatic infrared photo energy) or Anodyne therapy which, he said, has been helpful for some types of neuropathy. I had never heard of this before, so I looked it up and found this:
www.wellness.com/reference/health-and-wellness/anodyne-therapyThis may be worth looking into. I don't know if many insurance companies would cover it, but the article says it's "relatively inexpensive" and some insurance companies apparently do cover it.
Just thought I'd pass this info along.
Is anyone familiar with it? Have you tried it, and, if so, any success?
