Been having more trigger point pain lately..
Got out my trigger point handbook again..
It is just a really different level of pain
Today it was on my back , about waist level..so I layed down and put a soft rubber ball under that area a few minutes..then got on the floor to stretch things out..
Made a big difference..so,we went out to dinner.😊
Just sharing to motivate you to see if some of your pain is from this..
Hard to believe at times that a few minutes with a rubber ball pressed into a muscle can release it that way..I used to have to see a physical therapist for that help!
