Aw, that's lousy, Lj. Stress can surely do a number on us, and when an entire week is stressful, well....ouch!
Using the Epsom salts sounds like a good idea. I keep a spray bottle with water and dissolved Epsom salts in it and use it on my feet and legs, and sometimes on my shoulders. I've done that for several months now. Personally, I haven't had any problems, but that can probably vary from person to person.
It is kind of drying, though, so just a heads up on that if you haven't already tried it. I think it's made a difference in the number of muscle spasms I get. It does seem to help relax muscles. I added a dash of lavender oil, just because I love the scent (I think you can buy lavender Epsom salts or other scents, too (???). Not positive on that, though.
Yep--the warm sun can sure help and feels so good!
