Thanks so much for those good tips, astroman. I am "as slow as molasses" in buying a foam roller, though my son has one, so I may borrow his!
Good idea not to shake stuff out of the cupboards and jog in the basement instead (yep, we do have a concrete floor), though with the neuropathy in my feet, I do have to find a "good" day to jog. But isn't it true--I sometimes dance (when no one is looking!) for exercise and can get things upstairs bouncing around. It also scares my cats.
The Solaray Cool Cayanne is a new one to me. I like that it's easy on the gut. I had gastritis in the past and had to avoid those good, strong spices, but since going gluten-free that's much better. I'll have to check that out--thanks!
My husband and I are the layering king and queen. I think it takes about
20 minutes just to put everything on every morning. But as you said, long undies under sweat pants feel great and it does seem to 'trap' the heat.
So far, so good as far as the car running. My husband drives an older Olds but brings along an extension cord to work to plug the car in on the coldest days. So glad today is a little warmer and the weekend, even better!
Stay warm and enjoy the weekend. Thanks again for the response!
