Hi, Grammy! It’s good to see you again. My hands can get achy but my rheumy says it’s mild arthritis. I’m older so that is not to be unexpected. I use my ibuprofen and Tylenol to help. Warmth and warm water make them feel better. Maybe use your heating pad on your hands when they really hurt.
I don’t know where you live but when it gets cold outside my hands and joints can hurt more. Warmth always helps.
Because I have arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis in my family, I’ve been taking glucosamine sulfate to help keep my joints healthy. That’s another idea for you.
I do hope this helps and your pain subsides. Do let us know how you are doing.
