I've worn socks to bed for many years. Since we get super cold winters, I like the stretchy wool socks from around late October through March, and they seem to really help.
My feet are often stiff (always have been), so I even wear very light cotton socks to bed in warm weather. I tried a few times to go without them, but ended up with them feeling too cool and on the verge of spasms (yes, very touchy!).
Good to know there are many pluses to wearing socks to bed, and yes, I'm sure it helps me sleep better. Good sleep sure is important with fibro, for sure!
Thanks for sharing, Sherrine!
