Stroke triggered Fib?

After having suffered an Ischemic stroke 8 months ago, it somehow triggered myself getting fibromyalgia. Has anyone experienced a brain injury resulting in getting fibromyalgia? If anything, what triggered you getting Fibromyalgia?

I can’t really answer your question but it does look like fibro is a. Eurological illness caused by inflammation. Perhaps the stroke kicked off the inflammation in your brain thus starting symptoms of fibromyalgia.
