Sharon: I never thought of sciatica and really should have! I did have sciatic nerve issues, especially in the past. I do stretching exercises that are supposed to help, but it does flare up once in a while.
Alcie: You make a good point about
the lack of padding. Ha--I am with you--would be nice to 'redirect' belly fat to a better
location!
Things seem to be settling down some, body-wise, as is the weather. It would be nice if we didn't have to go through the weather changes so much and they didn't throw us out of whack with big changes. I'm hoping my body gets tired of those changes one of these days and is content to just work as it should, ha ha.
