Hi, Hopegirl! It sounds like to have done some good things to help you feel better and that is excellent! Congratulations! It’s good to keep your stress and anxiety level down because, if not, it can cause you more pain.
Your dental implant probably hasn’t failed but it sounds like you ended up with an infection. An infection can affect your entire body. Plus, you mention your neck hurting and the implant can play into that too. You need to get back to the dentist who did the implant and get on antibiotics. You need to get that cleared up. This could be causing the extra pain you are getting.
As far as your toes, feet, and fingers, some of this can be fibro. The stress you have and the infection can play a part in this I would think. I found this…“One of the symptoms of fibromyalgia is paresthesia. Fibromyalgia patients describe this condition as a prickling, tingling, burning, and/or a numbing sensation. These sensations are often accompanied with pain in different parts of the body, including the fingers, toes, hands, and feet.” This kind of describes what you were saying.
Also, check your blood sugar. If you are diabetic or even pre-diabetic you can get neuropathy in your hands and feet.
But, again, get to the dentist and get on a course of antibiotics. If the implant still bothers you might need to have a second course of antibiotics because it sounds like you haven’t done anything about the infection and it could be a doozy by now. So take care and let us know how you are doing once you get things under control.
