Pennie, welcome to the forum. We are not doctors or diagnosticians. Since you have repeatedly tested negative for hep A, B, C, it is unlikely that you have those types of hepatitis. There is also hep D, E, F, G. I don't know what the specific tests are for those, or even the symptoms, but I know they exist. You might want to ask your doctor about those.
Since I have chronic, active hep C, I can tell you that there are rarely the symptoms you describe with this type of hepatitis. The main symptoms are fatigue and elevated liver enzymes that remain elevated over 6 mos. or more.
Do you have any risk factors for hepatitis; i.e., IV drug use involving needle sharing, close contact with someone who has hepatitis, etc.? Have you seen a hepatologist (liver specialist?) Have you had a liver study with CT scanning?
If I were you, I think I would try to find a really good hepatologist and insist on having some liver studies done aside from blood work. There are other causes for liver disease aside from hepatitis. Or it could be something entirely different, such as gall stones.
Good luck in finding a diagnosis! I know it can be difficult. If you have a teaching hospital near you, you might try to find a hepatologist through them.
Connie
ETA: I see from your profile that you have posted at the HIV-AIDS forum as you thought that might be what you had, since you apparently had exposure a year or more ago. Obviously, if you have tested negative for HIV, then that is not your problem.
