Hello All, thought I would share with you our good news for a change with you!
I'm still doing the happy dance!!!
Okay first of all I did just what was suggessted and compiled a notebook of questions to ask the Dr.. Wil had his CT AND BLOODWORK done on Thursday asked for his report before we left so we could compare to our last visit ,a little dissapointed as now they are converting them to cd's. Of course the only time I don't take my laptop. Okay, Okay, Dr. told us Friday, that the drugs they started Wil on in Dec. as our last resort is now working!!! No signs of cancer in lesions and they have remained stable for 3 months. He has been having some chest pains last few weeks and severe headaches, naseua ect. along with the weight loss but, Ecko showed normal heart. Dr. said that it could be anxiety and or side effects of the meds. they will monitor him on that.
As of where he stands right now Dr. say's stay on med's and keep your health up then NO transplant will be needed in this near future. He will need one but, not this year! Thank God!!! It has bought a little time for us to get the funding and or insurance.
His liver is fully cirrhotic stage 6 , just found out his Liver Enzymes, Alfa Protiens and plateletts are in normal range as far as the rest of the report it will be 2 weeks before we get them back.
The prayers are surely working. THANK YOU ALL!!!
Huggs and Smooches!
Well wishes to all! You are in thoughts and prayers!
