Special Request

Hi, everyone! My one-year anniversary of my new liver is the 27th of this month. Therefore, Mayo is having me go through most of the scans, testing, and consults that I had prior to transplant, but in a shorter period of time. I will be at Mayo 4 days this week--7 appts. tomorrow (!!), biopsy on Tues., more appts. on Thurs. and Fri. This leaves me very little time for anything else.

Therefore, I'm asking the members who have been around the forum for awhile to please step in during my absence. Welcome newcomers or, if you have knowledge to share, please do that. I especially want the newcomers to be welcomed. They are mostly newly diagnosed (or loved ones are) and are scared to death. I want them to know that they are no longer alone.

I appreciate your help very much. I'm asking Rick and David to participate, but we can always use more help.

I will chime in. I remember how scared I was two years ago and this forum helped me so much!
