Time yes there are people here who have AIH. I'm sure they will respond soon. If you put AIH in the search box up above.. it will bring up the threads that specifically refer to AIH. Or put Auto Immune in there.
Welcome to our forum.. the others will be along later..

I replied to your other post.
AIH, like many autoimmune diseases, is more common in females. I know from a different website several guys with AIH but don't think any of them are on disability. So I'm afraid I can't help you on that specific point.
If you have specific questions on either the AIH or the disability angle do ask away. There are people here who can help on both.

Time, welcome to the forum. My co-moderator, Dany, has AIH. I will alert
her to your post.

I have unfortunately had a number of complications since transplant. Currently, I have a wound vac to enhance healing of a large spot that
opened up in my midriff (for the 2nd time.) I also had a liter of fluid removed from my rt. lung just prior to that.
Those with hep C seem to have more problems post-transplant than those who don't.
Hugs,
Connie

Hep 93, I wish you well and the best, it makes my problems not so bad considering.
