thanks for the tip... yeah I just went out and bought about
8 pounds of different beans to experiment with in my pressure cooker....
having chick peas tonight.... edit... oh theyre a lil fatty... didnt know
any ideas on how little fat you can have for it not to cause a health problem..... im going to more or less totally skip on it for a couple of weeks just to see that impact then i guess phase it in slowly with a quarter avacado here and there.... ? If this near zero fat diet works wonders, then ill go see a nutritionist for ideas
