I just wanted to say It has been a year today since we lost our Connie. Today lets celebrate the Wonderful person she was.

I think of Connie often...her knowledge and her strength was totally amazing. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind and tell it like it is and I miss that... You could feel how much she cared and she remembered peoples stories on this forum and she could be your biggest cheerleader when you were going through something really tough. I also think of her every time I'm not sure if I am spelling something right....lol

She is greatly missed but never forgotten!!

I miss her also, every time I log in here...especially when we are going through something...Not.just being a moderator. The days Mike had his transplant, I would contact her and she wold post our story. Sometimes when the forum is going through a though patch I wish she was here to advise us. She is truly missed.

She would slap you down if you got out of line and lift you up when needed. I got a good taste of both and miss her guidance.

I think of Connie often too. And I do miss her straight talk.
She helped me so very much through this journey with my husband. I will be forever grateful.

I miss Connie, though she likely did not know me. Her perseverance was amazing. I hope I can be half as strong as she was.

Wow, I was getting out of my car today, returning from a Dr.'s visit and thoughts about Connie ran through my mind. She was always there with guidance and good sound advice. Her presence is greatly missed.
