Starting treatment in 2 weeks and very nervous

Thank You Themiz and Painter both!! I am feeling quite positive about this. My labs have all been looking terrific, compared to when I started. Painter it would be so sweet to all be able to have a big party when this is over wouldn't it? I am really feeling like I will kick this thing in the butt. I bet you do too painter.

Plant, just checking in to see how your feeling. Can you tell your not taking meds any more? Today is my last day and I'm glad to be done. My energy has beeen going downhill for the last month so I'm looking forward to not taking this stuff anymore. When is your next Dr. visit? Hope your doing well.

Hi painter! Congratulations on finishing your treatment! What an achievement. I do think your energy will start to come back pretty quickly. I'm feeling good. I'm not sure if it's partly the meds starting to leave my system, or being virus free now for almost 6 months, or the "results" that I am still virus free at the end of treatment. It may be a combination of all of those. I expect that I will feel like a million bucks if I get a sustained viral response!!!
I don't go back for that test till March 20th, and the only appointment I have scheduled is for an endoscopy Jan 23rd. I am hoping that I do not need banding and that the varices look much much better. When is your next appointment? And are they drawing a viral cold at the end of treatment? It took about five days for me to get the results after the viral load draw. Please please let me know your results. I have a good feeling that you will be in the same boat as I am. Plant, sounds like your doing pretty well. I have a blood test this Fri and s Dr. appointment next week. I've been virus free since the beginning and I guess it's our job to remain positive about final results. Have you read anything about final results on this blog?

Well painter, I know there have been some wonderful successes. I'm counting on that In your and my case. I know it's not a done deal yet, and not a 100% guarantee, but we have pretty good odds. Let's keep each other posted for sure.
Please let me know when you get your end of treatment viral load results. I'll crossing every possible limb and digit!

Plant. I recieved the results form my last blood test and all blood level are normal. Also the viral load is undetectable. All good news I get my final bloodtest in April. How are you doing? Are you feeling better?

I see themiz has posted in from AZ and here is another from FL...congrats on latest EOT labs...and fingers and toes crossed for your SVR results this spring.

Mike is 9 months post treatment now and had a <15 Undected recheck last week. Though they say he is CURED, I sort of like the reinforcement that all is still well.

We are truly blessed that these meds are available at this time.

Painter that is wonderful!! I'm really happy to hear this great news. :). I'm feeling really good four weeks post treatment. I'll get my results at the end of March and have a good feeling about both our results.
Let's keep each other posted. I hope you have some kind of little celebration. I think you'll get your energy back in the next few weeks!

Plant, hope all is well I've been waiting to hear your 3 month test results. I'm feeling pretty good. Sometimes I swear I feel the effects of that medicine still, but nothing bad.
