Day 6.

Endo yesterday but no Report. What are they looking for???

Maybe he will get out today.

Day 7...we got home last evening.

Labs for kidneys, pancreas, liver resolving, but not in normal ranges. EGD (endoscopy) biopsies not returned yet....some thickening and inflamtion seen in stomach, no varicies...woo hoo. No cause established for pancreatitis, no stones in ducts, etc.

Sent home to rest and recouperated.

No hernia surgery until 3/27 earliest...this poor guy has been trying to get someone to fix his hubbard squash sized and shaped hernia for months...first the heart valve problems and now this. Maybe he is meant to have a hubbard squash sized bump on his side forevever.VIEW IMAGE

He ran some errands this morning and is sleeping like a baby this afternoon. At least he is home!!!

I have bronchitis....so much for burning my candle at both ends.

Hope you all have gentle weekends..and not too much snow in the frozen northlands.

Glad you are home and Mike is on the mend. I love the image ;) Maybe Mike will have the hernia repair by Christmas?

I haven't seen an update on how things are going with Mike. Glad that you are home and that he has been able to be out for errands. I hope you are over the bronchitis.

Hi forum...update. Mike is out of the hospital a week today and has returned to his normal schedule...

We had friend from up north stop to see us and that felt good though neither of us was much fun.

Mike's hernia may be repaired late in March...though he needs to stay healthy OR NO WAY.

No report from endoscopy yet, though they are scheduling an ERCP in the next weeks as no firm dx of cause of pancreatitis has been found ( which has us think endoscopy showed nothing.)

My brother is here from N H helping with my sis so my job is to rest up. I am not feeling myself. Bronchitis and tummy troubles...pain and nausea...not sure why...maybe just tired.
