In fact you have indicated yourself that you still haven't been professionally diagnosed so far. I don't need pictures, It won't help. I or we aren't doctors. All we can do is point you in the direction. Sorry if your unsatisfied with the answers you have gotten from anyone here or at a General practitioners office. You may have something. I'm sure if you dig hard enough you find a bone somewhere.

That's fine, If your not willing to listen, Why ask? You obviously don't understand what you read about symptoms of Munchhausen disease. THEY believe something is wrong and refuse to accept anything else. It's certainly worth looking into, It's a suggestion."Most people in my family, besides my very immediate family, do not even know I'm having trouble". Surely depending on how often your loved ones see you they would have seen changes. Ask someone professional not a support group or family. I particularly don't dispense sympathy for those who refuse to seek professional diagnosis. Maybe the advice we have given so far is sinking in. The trouble with helping people sometimes is they "bite the hand of the helper". I would truly love to help everyone if I could. I figured that before I typed the response, David. I'm slightly bored due to all this rain we been getting down here. You know what they say about idle hands . These cases remind me of a quote. "We would rather be ruined than changed, We would rather die in our dread than climb the cross of the moment and let our illusions die".

I like being belittled. By doctors, by professionals, by know-it-alls. I've become accustomed to it.

It doesn't take a professional nor a doctor to look at someone and see they are very ill. In the last week, I've began to develop spider veins in my chest, my back right shoulder is nonstop tingling and my urine has been dark for 6 months despite drinking 90% water. It's arrogance and that know-it-all attitude that has allowed to continue to get as sick as I am.

I've been seeing a psychiatrist who, in our last appointment, commented that I was continuing to look skinnier. She agrees my muscles are atrophied and doesn't think it is possible mental problems are the cause. The last doctor I saw said it was all my fault and threatened me with in patient therapy. Funny how forcing myself to eat 2-3,000 calories a day causes continual weight loss, dull/pitted/hard/grooved nails, and slowed hair growth.

I do address the mental problems that this has caused and do as the doctors say about my mental health. I told her last time, "my back right shoulder is numb/tingling all day every day. My UPQ has a stabbing pain and has been for 8 months. I am so fatigued I can't do anything." Abdominal ultrasound or CT scan? Nope, come back in 4 weeks and we'll do nerve studies on your back. Yet she is perplexed that my vitamin D has been low for 7 months straight for no cause.

No, I do not have a solid diagnosis for liver impairement. But I have a hunch and come here for support, ideas, questions and so on. What do I get? The same chorus I hear from everyone else despite the fact I DO address those issues. It's like, hey man you could very well be dying, we can't find anything, aren't going to look, but be sure to take your antidepressants so it will be easier. Like I said, the last doctor noted my muscles were atrophied. I didn't just make it up and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see a calf muscle that is soft as mashed potatoes.

Anyways, please permanently lock this thread, I will go away, since it seems I'm annoying everyone.

Instead of focusing your efforts solely on what you THINK which obviously ain't worked for awhile. Verify it with a Hepatologist. Was I being a bit snarky? Absolutely. You do realize the forum title is Hepatitis. Nobody minds (including me) to point you in a better direction for proper analysis. I don't contribute here to listen or see people who would rather whine about a issue than tackle it. I and others have given you advice even though you admit you don't have any indication it's liver related by lab testing however poorly it may be. You look only to the negative. If you do find a problem your really gonna flip. What can we do? We are a support forum for those who actually have a disease. This ain't a chat room for hypothetical issues.

"Know it all". Hardly. Everyone here can read, We read what you wrote. Your words. Your mouth to your fingers, You wrote this. Sounds like you have more than one issue currently un-diagnosed. Your not comprehending the advice given. Couldn't give you a better example of a know it all better. You. Please seek professional attention.That is all I have to say to you. No further bantering is needed. I will gladly leave you be and once the rest of the forum gets tired of the sniveling you'll find yourself like the boy who cried wolf.
