ALT and AST always increase during hepB infection?

Hello, I am a new member and I think I have hepB. I had unprotected sex on 29-30th January,2016 and i dont know if the guy has it. Since that, I feel like my stomach bloated, I feel bottom right abdominal pain sometimes, i have joint and muscle pain (not that strong), I feel tired all the time also. But the thing is because of acne treatment, I usually check my liver enzymes. I have these results

Unprotected sex :29-30th January

25th January : ALT = 10, AST = 10 (I started my acne treatment that day)
14th March : ALT = 7, AST = 12
27th May : ALT = 10, AST = 12
18th June : ALT = 9, AST = 12
23th August : ALT = 10, AST =12
20th February 2017 : ALT = 9, AST = 12

(My Bilirubin, Kreatinin, BUN..they are also all normal)

If I had hepB infection, wouldn't my liver enzymes will increase? I heard that during acute hepB, they are elevated. I started acne treatment so I don't think my body would protect me from hepB. I had hepB vaccine but it was 6 years ago (they told me it only protects 5 years) and i remember i had 2 dose not 3 dose.
I am scared to get tested because I dont want to lose my job, if they find out i have hepB, they might fire me. Please help, what is the chance of me having hepB?

Your dr can also check, to see if your 2 hep B injections gave you immunity.. The antibodies generally last a lifetime.

Yes your enzymes should rise..

No it can't be chronic.. once you contact the infection, a dr will give you a 6 month window to pass it.. that is acute phase. After 6 months it is chronic..

As far as your chances of infection.. I would say is low, unless you live in country where it is epidemic.

Since your dr will test you, ask him to run your SURFACE antiboies also.. this will tell if your 2 hep b shots got you immunity. It is good for life
