Thanks for posting.
I am thinking that as a young, healthy person, your docs don't see anything urgent going on and are giving you the "don't worry about it" approach.
But I am a long term thinker...you have lots of years and this could be early signs of what you need to pay attention to as your life unfolds. Something to keep track of. Keeping your fats and carbs under control FOREVER would be a life lesson. Not becoming a regular alcohol user would be another...livers don't do well with that. Being very regular about your annual physical WITH labs that include the liver function tests, and an ANA. Track trends over the years. You wouldn't say it is NOTHING to worry about if they found just a tiny "something" on your breast! The docs would be jumping up and down to take pictures every year.
Auto immune diseases are long term diagnoses...and they have quiet periods and flare ups. Be sure to have tests done if you are not feeling well or have that "gall bladder" type pain again.
Re Tylenol, it can also mess with livers in higher doses, and it is combined with lots of things so the mg count can creep up...in various OTC cold meds, for example. Or in various pain meds...read lables.
And good luck,
