Advice - support hep b

Hi all.

I am extremely anxious about all this. I guess i do have an anxietty issue but tests and symptoms dont add up.

So i get unprotected oral from a thai girl. Not really to fushed about anything but maybe gonnerhea little did i know i waa so wrong

6 week post exposure i had 2 weeks of melaise and just fept rubbish. Pains all up my back rhs, shoulder, shoulder blade this sent me throught the roof.

I went to gum clinic explained my concerns for hep b. They done all urine hiv etc. They looked at my past history with previous tests and in formed me i had been vacinated for hep b in 2007.

This was at 8 weeks tested following.
Antihbs - 154
Anti core totoal - negative
Hep c - negative

I was told i was immune and need not worry. They only tested the core for my peace of mind and guess i was thankfull for that

This didnt settle me one bit still in disconfort so at 11.5 weeks i paid privately for hbsag wich was negative too. I kind of think if my discomfort that started 4 weeks prior to the antigen test this test would likely be positive if it was hep b

After reading about window periods online, occult hep b, mutant hep b this has really messed my head up. I dont know what to believe.

I go back to gum clinic they refuse to test again. I go to docotrs and they also say no to hep b testing but did do a liver function test at 4.5 months wich was normal.

Still in disconfort i dont know what to make of my testing so far and if i still persue testing. Can anyone help me put things into perspective.

The only thing that stumps me is that my hbs titer was 70 in 2014 and with no booster its now 154. I spoke with a hep b advocate who carries out vaccinations and has even wrote a book on hep b and says its entierly normal for titers to fluctuate.

I think my anxiety is running away with this.

if the vaccinations were before the alleged exposure, you have nothing to worry about.
