Just stopping by

Hi, this is Susan, from a few years ago.

I am glad to see this important board is still helping those pre and post transplant. The work never ends.

I'll be three years post on Aug 31. I left NYC and traveled to NOLA to get my new liver at Ochsner. They were beyond awesome and I have had **no** medical problems at all since I left the hospital.

At this time of year, my thoughts are with my donor's family, and all those who helped me along the way, and you people here were part of that. Thank You!!

Its really good to hear your great news. Yes, some of us are still here. Hoprfully mamalama sees this. she checks in a few times a week. And unfortunately we lost David earlier in the year.
