Just to clarify, Hep A isn't actually cleared with medicine. Medicine may be used to address symptoms if they are severe, but the body generally clears the infection on its own.
Hep A is spread through contact with infected feces such as via eating cold foods prepared by someone who did not wash adequately was after using the toilet, so transmission via sharing a drink is highly unlikely. Hepatitis B is possible, but still very unlikely, since there would not likely be any way to get into the blood stream via the mouth, and Hep C wouldn't be a risk here at all because it requires blood-blood contact.
