Is there a certain diet hep c people should follow.

I know this may be a stupid question. I have got to thinking that my diet could be part of my problem. I have not been able to sleep and a lack of energy and pain. Can anyone help me out.

I would suggest the Liver Cleanse Diet by Dr. Sandra Cabot, you might be able to get it used on Amazon. Its helped me enormously. I use it almost like a bible. It will teach you heaps & help you understand exactly what the liver does & how you can help your liver manage your Hep C.

I agree with CaryF . The Liver Cleanse idea worked for me. I felt much better after and my complection really improved. I can't remember if it was by Cabot, there are quite a few. Let us know how it goes. june

Thanks for the insight on Cabot's book. I ordered a copy on Amazon. Since I am the chief cook and bottle washer, I suppose that I should do some menu planning that makes Liver sense.
