Teababy, you have never really told us your diagnosis or anything about your situation.  So it would be difficult to personalize what may happen.  Has your doctor not told you what will happen if you stop your med?

In general, some signs of acute liver failure are yellowing of the whites of the eyes and/or skin; encephalopathy; arm flapping (asterixis), and ascites.

Teababy, I'm the one who said you should ask your doctor for the meaning of your biopsy results.  We are not doctors or radiologists here and could be legally liable if we gave you incorrect information.

In my previous post today, I listed some of the signs of acute liver failure that I read in Dr. Palmer's book, Hepatitis & Liver Disease.  I know nothing about the drug you are taking or why you are taking it...or why you are going to stop taking it, unless it's financial.  I know you asked about help with paying for some med.

If you have any of the signs I listed, you should go to the ER or contact your doctor.  Also, if you have concerns, you should discuss them with your doctor.  This site is for support of people diagnosed with liver disease and for some information, but should not be used as a substitute for your physician.  Information does not mean interpretation of biopsy or test results.
