How to classify patient in end stage liver failure or those with AoCLF?

Mwl, welcome to the forum. I'm not quite sure what you are asking. What is AoCLF? Some type of chronic liver failure, I'm assuming. Do you mean how do you differentiate between the two? Could you give a little more info/background.

To the original poster, I guess the first would be someone whose liver has been deteriorating over time until they got to ESLD, and the second would be someone who was okay but then had an acute event which precipitated rapid deterioration to ESLD.
