well after a letter from social security i went and got her medical records for the admittance into t he hospital the week she died, which they called me Ms. Pope in the records lol, and said her daughter is very active in her care which i know they are talking bout me as i know i drove them crazy and got her birth certificate, and also had her doctor emailed for her medical statement. now all i need is a support statement from my cousin a letter stating she had no bills in her name and her social security card(which i will be keeping all copies.)

Glad you got so much accomplished. Did you get a copy of her death certificate?

You will be exhausted, there is so much to do when a loved one dies, but you will get through it. I emded up with lists crossing things out then new lists. I only have to get my grans ashes interred into the family grave, I was lucky that i had already sorted out lots of paper work when she went into the home. Eventually you will get it sorted, you are doing well
