I don't understand how they post the time. If I am on Eastern time, when his the hep forum?

I believe GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) is the same as Eastern Time. I e-mailed PG to confirm this, but haven't heard back from her yet. However, you have to realize that people will forget or be busy, etc. Since this is new, it will take some time to see whether people are actually going to attend.

Not exactly sure about.......GMT . Could it be the same as Mountain time? I'll research it later. Sorry Connie, haven't been able to get on my computer. I am at work in the break room now. I'll see if I can get it going tonight. Take care.......thoughts and prayers.......

I think I figured the time thing out.

GMT = Greenwich Mean Time...

EDT = Eastern Daylight Time

EDT is GMT -6. I think it is the time it is in England

So 8AM EDT = 2PM GMT
10AM EDT = 4PM GMT
4PM EDT = 10PM GMT
8PM EDT = 2AM the next day GMT

So the question then is, when are the forum times? I wanted to set my alarm and see how it worked. It might be really good.

ML, I researched it and EST is 4 hours before GMT. However, since we are now on EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), we are 5 hours before GMT. The times on the calendar are correct for folks in the East. You will notice that it has -5 GMT in parentheses. This will change the end of the month when we revert to EST. We will then be 4 hours before GMT. For those on the West Coast, add 3 hours to the time given for EDT.
