When I went in to look at who responded to my post,it indicated you had at 1:21pm. I was trying to respond to your questions, but I lost my post from the IPAD screen. When I re-entered the thread was not ther any more. Why is this?

I do not have a nephrologist. My urologist at Northwestern Memorial has been treating me for recurrent UTI infections and stones since 2006. In 2008' my hep doctor transferred me to the transspant team. Docs think my infection is due to irritation caused by 2 ureteral placements earlier this year.

My home health nurse is to come to draw labs, and weekly to maintain my pic dressing. I have been bleeding a little around my pic as it is just above my elbow on my right and dominate arm. She might have to redo it tomorrow after she draws blood.

My husband and I have been trained aon how to hook up to the iv. This time they gave me a little extension so it easier for me to h ook up by myself.

I was really thrown for a loop by this admission.(third unexpected hospitalization since Dec 15 along with two planned admissions). I had gone a full month without any doctor visits/procedures, restarted my walking program, and felt my HE was getting under control. Reality is a bummer sometimes.
