Scallops, shrimp, and lobster have sodium? Well, I guess they would have some since they live in salt water. I sometimes buy little bay scallops, which I prefer and are cheaper than sea scallops, and cooked (but not frozen) shrimp. I wash these and let them dry on paper towels. I swear they don't taste salty. It's been awhile since I've had lobster or (my fave) Alaskan King Crab legs, since they've gotten so expensive.
David, MamaLama/Carol said that after transplant shellfish are prohibited. You weren't told that? Or has it been long enough that you are okay to eat them? I know the worry is bacteria.
Mick (I think it was you, but may have been Boston Mike), I'd be careful about eating swordfish as it contains a high level of mercury, along with tuna and a couple of others.
Hugs,
Connie
