Bili in urine, did it make your kidneys hurt?

Hi guys, another question from me.
I've had dark urine for a week or more (not sure because previously I was on meds that had that as a side effect). I've been insanely itchy for more than a month now with no relief, the whites of my eyes are yellow and I look like I have a slight tan all over. Typical jaundice I guess. Still waiting on lab results to know the exact values.
All of this is old news to me. However, about 2 days ago I started having left kidney pain. I wrote it off the first few times I felt it, but it has become somewhat constant, and now the right one hurts occasionally too.
I was wondering if any of you with dark urine or you care givers had noticed kidney pain with that? TMI maybe but I also feel a little irritated "down there" after urinating. I'm wondering if I've developed a UTI despite being on antibiotics or if its just another thing I can chalk up to my liver issues.
I have stayed completely away from pain killers since this began (antihistamines are another story), but this is aching enough that I'm tempted to take a single dose of Tylenol or ibuprofen.
Any thoughts, or advice?
