Symptoms of Rejection

I took 2,000 mg. cellcept for the first 2 months after my transplant, then 1,000 mg. for another couple of months, then none. I never noticed any side effects from it, but some do. TC has a group about it. I used procrit and you need to be careful, as it can raise blood pressure through the roof. If Mike needs to go back on interferon/ribavirin, ask if he could use a lower dose. I was taking 135 mcg. in 2004 and was fairly sick. This time around (on my 9th month), I'm doing 90 mcg. and up until a couple of weeks ago, no real bad effects. Now, I'm fatigued and running a temperature of just under a 100. I'm working every day and don't feel bad, just tired. I'm also taking less ribavirin than the first time. Remember, even if the interferon won't totally cure his problems, it should slow down the progression of his Hep C. Be well.
