Round2 (were you treated for hep C previously or are you referring to Round 1 as the chemo you had?), thanks for starting a new thread. What were the other two cancers you had?
Viral load is the number of hep C particles in your blood stream. I would say that 450,000 is a moderate amount. I've seen people report viral loads in the millions. Mine is around 38,000, despite having liver cancer.
Regarding your proposed treatment, I am not aware of any currently available treatment with 4 drugs. The new ones which just became available contain interferon, ribavirin, and a protease inhibitor (boceplevir or telaprevir.) If you can, get the names of the 2 additional drugs. We with hep C would be interested in what they are. Do you know if you are going to be in a trial of this treatment?
Because depression is also one of the side effects of treatment, you should ask your doctor for an Rx for an antidepressant before starting treatment, as it takes a week or two to start working.
Please note that there is a spelling list at the end of the information in Hepatitis Resources, which may be of help to you.
Hugs,
Connie
