I will most likely be making a 12hr road trip in about
a months time to help a close family member pic up a vehicle. I wont get into all the details other than its a very sad situation.Its very needed and necessary. Theres not anyone else that has the time (working to help with finances) to make the trip. Im now on disibility and have the time.
Lately Ive been doing alright with energy levels considering and I know about foods that I need to eat. The BIG question is what foods help out the most with energy? Obviously I'll be put to the test and knowing my luck my energy wont be that great if the trip goes through. Just wanting to prepare myself for it. I'll be taking my truck "very dependable and comfortable" but the other issue I have is I also have a bad back,hip,knee and foot. so I might have to stop every hr. or so to stretch.
I'm ready mentally, just preparing my body for the test.Any advice given will be much appreciated.
