Maybe you can be put on a wait list in case somebody cancels their appointment with your gastro.
I know what you're going through with the fatigue. I've had fatigue and muscle weakness for over 5 years now. What I have found that helps this is walking and exercise. As hard as it is to do, I just do it, eventhough it burns my muscles. The last few days I have been slacking off and the fatigue is setting in again.
I have cut out red meat and eat a lot more whole foods and have managed to lower my AST/ALT. I haven't been able to lower my enzymes for years until now. I guess what I'm doing is working for me.
