Kinda irritated; I ordered Valentine's Day roses for my wife yesterday, and paid a quite a high premium for the promise that they would arrive today. Was really hoping they would show up while I was in the hospital with her this afternoon, but they never showed up. I tried to call the company several times with no luck. Later this evening I get this automated phone call saying they "tried to contact me, and since they couldn't reach me, the roses will be delivered tomorrow" Whatever... Why not just admit you were unable to provide some of your customers with their orders on time due to an unexpected high demand? My rant for the evening...
I will be off to Korea in the morning. The next 2 weeks are going to be insanely busy, so I may not be posting as often. I will keep the updates coming as I get them. Most of it will be what I hear from my wife. Right now we just want to get this achalasia under control and get her eating right over the next few weeks. Thanks again for all of the support.
