He did have the stent removed 2 weeks or so ago. I still can't get him to remember to ask the local lab for a copy of his bloodwork so I rely on the news he receives from his TC. He's still a little yellow but much better than before

I think I will call TC myself. I do know that he feels so much better since he started Procrit. I can't believe how expensive that is!

Yeah, i sent an email to my Hep asking him about ursodiol. They mentioned possibly putting it on me because it has shown an anti-inflammatroy effect on the liver and with the blockage it could help me recover faster. I was so jaundice for so long it has taken months to clear up.

Thats why I am glad that Maes brother is doing better quickly, becuase he was jaudnice as long but his bili went high so fast.

I think for 3 months my bili was around 15 and then from christmas until Jan. 1st it sky rocketed to over 30.

Funny thing is, I never itched until my jaundice got into the 30s. I never lost my appetite, nothing. I was super tired for those 2 weeks but I still worked 5 days a week 10 hours a day.

Weird how people react differently.

I feel bubbles in my stomach area after I drink some liquid why is that is it from liver desease or from a very large hernia in my bellybutton
