MRI, and CT scan results

Hi everybody,
first I'm SORRY to hear about Connie, she was such an inspiration to me. I had a CT scan and blood work on the 18th of October.
The tumor was 1.5 cm and AFP 218.
On the 2nd of January the tumor had increased to 2.1cm, and AFP 368.

I was moved up on the Meld score from 14 to 22. I'm not really shore what is going to happen now. My DR says that they see something behind the tumor, but couldn't tell exactly what it is. They are talking about radiation therapy to shrink the tumor. I won't know until the 31st of January.

Hello, I have a friend that's doing chemo treatments for a second time around. I believe they have a new cocktail for it and it's not as bad on her this go around. They are coming up with some pretty good treatments and procedures lately. She's 74 and it's been pretty rough on her mentally. Hopefully they'll get it all with you the first go around. I keep thinking this is gonna be a issue for me eventually to overcome myself. They keep finding nodules on my liver but none have appeared to be cancerous and most disappear by the time my next MRI is done. Best of wishes to you.
