Wow, can't even imagine how pissed off as well as in despair he is. I had mine out for the same reason and a very simple yet effective procedure was used to prevent this very thing ... my surgeon asked me (before any meds yet thankfully) which one are we after? When I told him, he nodded in agreement and pulled out a magic marker, had me roll onto my side and X-marked the spot. Life isn't complicated people, please!

about 30 years ago, I read an article about a little 5-year old Japanese girl who came to the US to get one of her eyes removed due to disease. Yep, you guessed it, they took out her good eye....I'll never forget that, it was so sad, broke my heart.

When I had a knee replacement, my surgeon marked one knee "YES" and the other (in a different color) "NO".

Susan, That would be asking a bit much (boob job). I'm thinking they put them on your back instead of the front. I Don't want to even think about vasectomy. Liable to remove the danglies and put them on my forehead smhair

I thought about writing "No Unauthorized Admittance!" on my lower back for my last colonoscopy ... I chickened out!

with all the railroad tracks up and down.. my stomach never thought about writing to the surgeon.. cuz with three c sections it was obvious.. me thinks what they were after... course there is the gall bladder.. egad.. you guys and gals are so frickin funny.. dingle berries!!
